Are your pet sitters and dog walkers bonded and insured?
Rest assured that our pet sitters and dog walkers have all passed background checks and are fully bonded and insured to guarantee the safety and security of your pets and your home.
How far in advance do I need to book your pet- sitting or dog-walking services?
To ensure availability, it is imperative to book our services well in advance, especially during peak times such as holidays, spring break, or summer vacation. Nevertheless, we are committed to accommodating last-minute requests to the best of our ability.
Do you have any breed restrictions?
While we welcome all breeds, we reserve the right to refuse service to animals that may pose a danger or exhibit aggressive behavior. Our priority is the safety of your pets and the well-being of our pet sitters and dog walkers. During our initial consultation, we will thoroughly assess your pet's behavior and temperament. If we determine that your pet may pose a risk, we will discuss alternative options with you to ensure the well-being of your pet and our staff.
Do you offer services for pets other than dogs and cats?
We also provide services for birds, small mammals, and fish. Regrettably, we do not accommodate reptiles or amphibians.
